Warrantee Office chairs
1. Unless otherwise stipulated a 5 YEAR WARRANTEE will commence from date of delivery and is applicable to chairs used under normal office conditions. Warrantee does not apply to damage caused by carelessness, incorrect use, vandalism, inadequate maintenance, cleaning and normal wear-and-tear of fabric.

2. Chairs/Couches warrantee are on the basis that we reserve the right to firstly repair and secondly replace.

3. Components have been tested and are certified for 8-hour use per day with a maximum weight of 120kg. On couches a weight limit of 120kg, all above this weight warrentee expires automatically, even in a area where alot of traffic and clients is using such chairs and couches on different weight more than the specified weight limit of 120kg max, warrentte does not cover such.

4. Chairs/Couches used 5 days a week, 9 hours a day is considered “normal use”. Above this the warrentee does not cover extra hours.

5. It’s also the customers responsibility to do general maintance of all chairs to ensure that all screws and nuts is tightend and secure each month due to the use bolts and screw may come loose with the use of all office chairs.

1st 24 MONTHS

Replacement of spare parts, labour and transport within Phantom Office Furniture designated area’s, Gauteng and Pretoria area is FREE, Transport cost
outside this area will be for the customers own account and therefore the customer will pay for the transport cost or any other fees in order to return the items to Phantom Office Furniture  address of business.  Upholstery only due to faulty workmanship and fabric defects provided that the fabric range is supplied from our standard range of fabric offered, this warrentee does not cover fabric’s suggested or handed by a customer, stitching problems after 60 day’s, on non in house or our range of suggested fabric’s the warrentee does not cover and these is for the customers own account. Warrantee of all  fabric’s  is held by the manufacturer thereof if any defects occur and not Phantom Office Furniture or the manufacturer of such product.

24 – 60 MONTHS

Replacement of spare parts are FREE. Labour, Gas height adjustment and Castors warrantee expires, will be charged at R550 per trip. Transport cost
outside this area will be for the customers own account and therefore the customer will pay for the transport cost or any other fees in order to return the items to Phantom Office Furniture  address of business.

NON-EXPORT

Warrantee service and repairs for non-export orders is limited to Phantom Office Furniture designated Gauteng and Tshwane area. Transport cost
outside this area will be for the customers own account and therefore the customer will pay for the transport cost or any other fees in order to return the items to Phantom Office Furniture  address of business.
EXPORT

Warrantee service and repair for Export customers is limited to the borders of South-Africa only non of the above is non applicable.
